LEAD TO SALE TO OPEN
This full service is a combination of our franchise growth and start up services. Through this, we can also aid in the creation of systems and structures to create a seamless process as you open more locations.
As your business grows, the right team is essential in making your dream a reality. Hiring an executive is not something that can be rushed so our fractional service fills the gap while you’re searching for the perfect hire.
One of our dedicated and experienced team members can temporarily fill the role of your executive; General Manager, CEO, COO, Regional Manager or of the like as well as supporting you through the hiring process.
This role is based on a retainer monthly at an agreed amount at a considerably lower rate than a full-time hire. The fractional role can be ongoing or short-term depending on needs.
EXIT & SALES
