Damien is the founder of Leading Edge Business Consulting (LEBC), which is a highly specialised business consultancy dedicated to creating measurable outcomes of growth and success. Bain is an executive leader with more than 20 years’ experience in multiple industries, after having successfully managed portfolios in excess of $120 million in revenue, and staffing of up to 1,200. Bain has a demonstrated history working in the health and leisure industries across both global and national footprints including owning his own health club, and managing the opening of more than 64 clubs for various brands across Australia such as Fitness First, Genesis, Belgravia Leisure and Premium Lifestyle Clubs.
Paul is the founder of GSE Business Consultants established in 2015. Paul had parents who were restauranteurs, so he grew up in the hospitality industry. During his career he’s developed and sold nine businesses of his own, and he’s worked across multiple industries helping clients with exit plans in his role as a Certified MAUS Exit Planning Consultant. Paul is also licensed broker in New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria; and he recently completed his accreditation as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) with the Exit Planning Institute.
Paul Harvey is a highly qualified fitness professional with extensive staff, club and state management experience having filled numerous roles over a five-year period with Fitness First. Harvey was also consistently the top performer for NSW North State for a number of years.
My operational skills and previous results ensure I am well positioned to support others in the industry to achieve more in their existing and new businesses. My skillsets are highly complementary to those within the existing Fitness Business Sales team, so this opportunity to come on board and help drive the success of our partners, clients and ultimately the industry through our combined network, skills and exit strategy expertise is extremely exciting.
Jason has worked with many of the fitness industry’s top independent gym owners and franchisee brands and is widely regarded as a leading authority on lead generation and membership sales. He has been involved in all aspects of business operations and brings to the FBS team skills ranging from business acquisition to business sales. Jason has been the keynote speaker at the Asian Pacific conference in Mumbai India as well as countless other speaking engagements across Australia and New Zealand on all things fitness business.
Rob has extensive experience in multiple customer service based industries both here in Australia and overseas. Since migrating to Australia, Rob has worked in business management as well as running his own company.
Now working with FBS as one of our incredibly skilled brokers, Rob has taken responsibility for our brand-new Canberra based office.
