Damien is the founder and Director of Fitness Business Sales (FBS) which he launched in Nov 2020. Damien launched FBS as he saw a gap in the market for a business that would provide industry experience and service in Startups, Exit plans, franchise recruitment and growth for National Brands. The FBS team works with around 9 National Brands in franchise recruitment and over 15 other clients in exits, consulting and start ups. Damien is an executive leader with more than 23 years’ experience in multiple industries, after having successfully managed portfolios in excess of $120 million in revenue, and staffing of up to 1,200. Damien has a demonstrated history working in the health and leisure industries across both global and national footprints including owning his own health club and managing the opening of more than 64 clubs for various brands across Australia such as Fitness First, Genesis, Belgravia Leisure, Beach House Fitness and bringing Fire Fit to the Australian Market.
Paul Harvey is a highly qualified fitness professional with extensive staff, club and state management experience having filled numerous roles over a twelve-year period with Fitness First. Harvey was also consistently the top performer for NSW North State for a number of years.
My operational skills and previous results ensure I am well positioned to support others in the industry to achieve more in their existing and new businesses. My skillsets are highly complementary to those within the existing Fitness Business Sales team, so this opportunity to come on board and help drive the success of our partners, clients and ultimately the industry through our combined network, skills and exit strategy expertise is extremely exciting.
Kristina is our Social Media Manager, as well as assisting with Operations Support.
Kristina is vastly experienced when it comes to social media campaigns, whether it be on Facebook or Instagram. Her focus is to build the profile of businesses, expanding their exposure, as well as obtaining leads that result in sales.

A 25-year veteran of the fitness industry in Australia and the US, Master Trainer, and Nutritionist Mark has climbed the ranks from stand-alone Personal Trainer to the Global Performance Director for F45 Training and Operations Director at Air Locker Training.
Mark has carved a niche for implementing customer-centric business operations processes that take the intimidation out of sales for fitness professionals.
Mark has run numerous highly successful independent and franchise studios of his, and coaches business owners to either turn around or grow their business from good to great. All processes have been tested and proven successful in his own studios before being implemented elsewhere, so there’s no guesswork in his methods.
Mark has more recently transitioned to business broking with Australia’s biggest fitness brokerage, where he has helped the company to the most successful year in its history.
Mark’s vision is to assist business owner’s maximizing their profits prior to sale to achieve the best possible result for their exit.
